Performance analysis of controllers in BLDC motor

Due to their better electrical properties and mechanical features, the usage of BLDC motors is increasing they have replaced conventional DC asynchronous in many applications. This project provides a sensor-based permanent magnet brushless motor for commercial electric vehicles. To improve reliability speed regulation, PID controller employed. The three-phase voltage inverter delivers constant synced with motor. Closed-loop control done utilizing Ziegler-Nichols technique. Particle Swarm optimization improved using Firefly algorithm recommended system simulated MATLAB simulation performance tested by comparing attributes such as Rise time. Settling time Peak overshoot.
